Daniel specializes in crafting rosé and small lot wines with grapes from the Okanagan that he feels display the highest potential for producing great wines.

Daniel and Kristine invite you to visit Bottega Wine Studio™ to explore the Similkameen wine region through our small lot premium wines.
We are located just off the beaten path in Cawston, the Organic Farm Capital of Canada, in the agricultural hub of the Similkameen.
Our Tasting Studio is open Easter Long weekend, appointments are encouraged, walk-ins are welcome.
Open Thursday – Sunday and holiday Monday, 11 – 5 each day.

About Bottega Wine Studio™
The winery is surrounded by rolling countryside’s, small farms, orchards, fruit stands, cideries, and artisan studios. Very grateful to call the Similkameen Valley home, the Bontorins have planted just over 3.5 acres of grapes on their Solum Rosa™estate Vineyard that includes Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc and Grenache to support and grow their Seven Directions rosé portfolio.
